Grazing Venusaur Chicken
Ready In:30 mins
Venusaur is a squat, quadruped Pokémon with bumpy, blue-green skin. The bud on its back has bloomed in a large pink, white-spotted flower. A female Venusaur will have a seed in the center of its flower.
As Mega Venusaur, the flower on its back grows larger and two smaller pink flowers bloom, one on its forehead and one on its rear. The weight of the flower causes its legs and back to become sturdier in order to support it. Additional leaves with woody stems, which are supported by vines, are grown around the flower. Mega Venusaur also develops dark markings on its forehead below the new flower.
Venusaur uses its flower to catch the sun’s rays to convert them into energy, which causes the flower to become more vibrant. The flower releases a soothing scent that attracts Pokémon and calms emotions. This scent becomes stronger after a rainy day. In the anime, Venusaur has demonstrated the ability to manipulate nature, release several vines from its back, and lead evolution ceremonies for Bulbasaur and Ivysaur. Frenzy Plant was its signature move in the past. This Pokémon is rarely found in the wild, but has been known to inhabit grasslands.
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Mozzarella Ball (sliced)
1.5 tbsp Green pesto
5 Plum Tomatoes (halved)
10 Basil Leaves
Potatoes (Boiled, to serve)
Salad (to serve)
These chicken breast look exactly like Venusaurs, which is why I had to make them! You cove the chicken in pesto, cook with mozzarella on top then rearrange the plum tomatoes and basil to create the flower on top. Adding some parmesan on top helps create those spots on the Venusaur flower. It’s a simple, healthy dish best served with some potatoes and salad.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1Coat the chicken in garlic powder, pesto and some salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the chicken. fry for 6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Step 2Top the chicken with mozzarella slices. Add a lid over the chicken to help melt the cheese. Once melted remove from the pan.
Step 3Add the sliced tomatoes, and basil leaves in a star shape on each piece of chicken. Top with parmesan.
Step 4Serve the chicken with some cooked potatoes and a side salad.
