Junkrat is one of the heroes in Overwatch. He is a demolitionist and an international criminal who is being targeted by law-keepers, bounty hunters and other criminals world-wide for the treasure in his possession.

Junkrat’s area-denying traps include a custom designed Frag Launcher that lobs bouncing grenades, Concussion Mines that send enemies flying, and Steel Traps that stop foes dead in their tracks and make them vulnerable to other attacks.

Ingredients

1 Sourdough Pizza Dough
2 Bacon Slices
1 Egg
1 Cherry Tomato
0.5 Aubergine (sliced then quartered)
100g Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

Again I’m using Jus-Rol’s Sourdough Pizza Base. It tastes amazing and is much easier than attempting to make your own! A sourdough base is a great choice for vegetarians and vegans too, which you should be able to adapt this recipe to make suitable for you!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the pizza dough according to the packet directions and lay on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Step 2

Top the dough evenly with mozzarella cheese. Arrange the aubergine quarters around the outside of the pizza to appear like spikes pointing outwards.

Step 3

To give the appearance of a smile, crack an egg onto the dough to form an eye, and a cherry tomato on the opposite side. Curve the bacon to make a smile.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes until the crust is browned and the cheese has melted. Cut and serve.
