Using a British Hunter's Chicken recipe, I was inspired by the tale of unlikely friends from the Fox and the Hound to make a quick and easy dinner using your favourite BBQ sauce!
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 Chicken Breasts skinless and boneless
- 100 g Cheese grated
- Bull's-Eye New York Steak House BBQ Sauce or your favourite BBQ sauce
- Garden Peas
Preheat oven to 200ºC (180ºC Fan). Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Add grated cheese over each breast and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile, heat the Barbecue Sauce in a small pan for 2-3 minutes, whilst stirring. Pour sauce over the chicken and serve with chips and peas.
