Dalmatian Spotted Chicken and Rice
Black and white and black and white. This quick and easy recipe is a tasty treat that doesn’t require you to skin 101 Dalmatians! I can see why Cruella was passionate about the black spots: they work so well together!
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 200 ml Crème Fraîche
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 300 g Rice
- Sesame Seeds
- Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and add you chicken to an oiled baking tray. Top with linseed and chopped parsley and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Cook the rice in slightly salted boiling water until cooked and then drain.
Chop the mushrooms up into small pieces and fry until cooked. Add some parsley and your crème fraîche to the pan, mixing it up into a thick sauce.
Mix sesame seeds in with the rice, then plate up. (Check the Ingredients to see how many sesame seeds you can use) Add your chicken then top them with your mushroom sauce. Add extra sesame seeds if you want some extra spots!
