Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Beef diced
  • 2 Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 200 g Chestnut Mushrooms quartered
  • 0.5 Onion chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 200 ml Beef Stock
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Purée
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard ground
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley to garnish
  • 2 portions Cooked Pasta to serve

Instructions
 

  • Place beef in slow cooker. Cover with carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except parsley, and then add to the slow cooker. Stir a bit to combine.
  • Cover and turn heat to high. Cook for 4 to 6 hours, or until beef is tender.
  • Serve in bowls with some cooked pasta on the side. Garnish with a sprinkling of parsley.
