Yule Ball Goulash
Celebrate with a dinner made from the homelands of Viktor Krum, the Hungarian wizard who participated in the Triwizard Tournament in "The Goblet of Fire".
- 400 g Beef diced
- 2 Carrots peeled and sliced
- 200 g Chestnut Mushrooms quartered
- 0.5 Onion chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 200 ml Beef Stock
- 1 tbsp Tomato Purée
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Mustard ground
- Parsley to garnish
- 2 portions Cooked Pasta to serve
Place beef in slow cooker. Cover with carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except parsley, and then add to the slow cooker. Stir a bit to combine.
Cover and turn heat to high. Cook for 4 to 6 hours, or until beef is tender.
Serve in bowls with some cooked pasta on the side. Garnish with a sprinkling of parsley.
