Spoink Sausage Spirals
A take on turkey twizzlers, these curly pig tails look and taste great and go well with a handful of roasted radish orbs!
Wire tray rack
- 8 Sausages
- 240 g Radishes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat an oven to 200ºC. Skewer the sausages from end to end. Run a knife around the sausage in a spiral down the full length of the sausage. Place on a wire rack over a baking tray.
Separately add radishes to a small roasting tin. Add the oil and shake lightly to coat the radishes. Put both the sausages and the radishes in the oven for 20 minutes then serve hot.
