Spider Web Spaghetti
Swinging into action is this Spaghetti Bolognese packed full of flavour and juiciness to keep the bad guys at bay!
- Olive Oil
- 1 Onion roughly chopped
- 1 Carrot peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 Celery Stick roughly chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove crushed
- 500 g Beef Mince
- 200 g Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
- Spaghetti to serve
Add oil to a saucepan and place over a medium-high heat. Add the onions, carrots, celery and garlic, season lightly and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes.
Add the mince, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook for 3 minutes until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the chopped tomatoes and oregano, crumble in the stock cube and bring to the boil. Cover, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions. Drain then divide the spaghetti and sauce between bowls or plates and serve with salad.
